RMC Area Manager - Now Hiring

• Lead day-to-day operations across assigned ready-mix concrete locations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
• Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop teams by setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and supporting growth.
• Partner with sales, dispatch, and plant leadership to deliver excellent customer service and operational results.
• Monitor operational metrics and budgets, identifying opportunities to improve cost, quality, and productivity.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence outcomes in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance principles with a commitment to operational excellence.
• Proven capability to plan, prioritize, and execute across multiple locations or workgroups.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

This role operates in a combination of office, plant, and field environments. The Area Manager regularly visits ready-mix concrete plants and job sites, works around moving equipment, and partners closely with frontline teams. Appropriate personal protective equipment is required in operational areas.

• Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan
