Our client is seeking CDL B Drivers for a local, home-daily opportunity in Kansas City, Missouri. This role involves heavy-touch freight handling and offers the potential for a temporary-to-permanent assignment.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $27 per hour
• Overtime available after 40 hours
• Schedule: Local routes with home-daily availability
• Start time: Between 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.
• Typical return time: By 3:00 p.m.
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Employment type: Temporary to permanent
• Anticipated start date: August 10, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and professionally on local routes.
• Handle freight using heavy-touch methods as required.
• Complete assigned deliveries and pickups efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct required vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery and transportation records.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL B license.
• 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
