Lead Welder / Fitter - Ship Repair

CTR Group is seeking a Lead Welder / Fitter for a Shipyard in the Pascagoula, MS, area.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly range of $36 - $38 per hour
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance,

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 4 years of shipyard experience OR equivalent combination of training and experience in industrial welding/fabrication.
• Proficiency with Oxygen/Propane Heating Torch and Air Carbon Arc Gouging.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations relevant to shipbuilding and industrial safety.
• Ability to use fillet and butt weld gauges accurately.
• Skilled in SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GMAW-P welding processes.
