Job description:

Masterson Staffing is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators / Order Pickers for a clean warehouse facility in Richfield, WI.

⚠ Minimum of 1 years forklift experience REQUIRED
⚠ Reach Truck experience is a MUST

Pay & Shifts Available

1st Shift: 7:00 AM– 3:30PM
$21.00 per hour

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
$21-$21.50 per hour

3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:30 AM
$21-$22.00 per hour

Weekend Shift (Friday/Saturday/Sunday): 12PM – 12AM
$21-$22.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Operating Reach Truck and Order Picker forklifts
• Loading, unloading, staging, and put-away of materials
• Transporting materials throughout the facility
• Picking, wrapping, and preparing orders for shipment
• Managing inventory using RF scanning equipment
• Inspecting forklift for damages and maintaining equipment
• Recharging batteries or replacing gas tanks as needed
• Identifying workplace safety hazards
• Following safety and production standards

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years forklift operating experience
• Reach Truck experience REQUIRED (no exceptions)
• Experience operating an Order Picker
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• FORKLIFT TEST IS REQUIRED!!! - MUST PASS WITH AN 85% OR BETTER TO BE CONSIDERED!!
