Our client, a leader in healthcare technology solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the healthcare support department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative clinical imaging solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Required Experience
Must Have:

• 5–7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong Clinical Imaging experience.
• Healthcare experience with:
  • Radiology
  • Cardiology
  • Hemodynamics
  • PACS / Imaging solutions
• Experience with:
  • Merge
  • Optum / Change Healthcare
  • Patient tracking imaging applications
  • Mammography reporting systems
  • Lung cancer screening systems
  • MagView
  • Volpara
  • RadAI
• ServiceNow PPM experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification required.

• PMP Certification.
• PACS and dictation system overlay experience.
• Experience with imaging platforms:
  • PACS: Merge, Change Healthcare, Intelerad, GE
  • Cardiology systems: Merge, GE, Change Healthcare
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

• Manage projects end-to-end through planning, design, build, testing, and go-live.
• Lead project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and issues.
• Follow Ascension PMO processes based on PMI standards.
• Manage project deliverables using:
  • ServiceNow PPM
  • Google Sheets
  • Google Docs
  • Google Drive
• Create and maintain:
  • Project charters
  • RACI documents
  • Communication plans
  • Test plans
  • Project schedules
  • Resource plans
• Manage project finances and budget tracking.
• Conduct project meetings, assign tasks, track action items, and drive accountability.
• Partner with stakeholders, leadership, and portfolio/tower leaders.
• Provide regular status reports and resolve project risks/issues.
• Manage multiple projects (1–4 depending on complexity).
