12 Hour 5/2 Shifts Mixing Dept

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and processing, is seeking a 12 Hour 5/2 Shifts Mixing Dept to join their team. As a 12 Hour 5/2 Shifts Mixing Dept, you will be part of the support team, assisting in essential manual labor tasks that keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 12 Hour 5/2 Shifts Mixing Dept

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay Range: 22.50

Shift:  Night Shift (12-hour days, rotating schedule) Will work Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, and Sun one week and the next week will work Wed and Thurs. Expect overtime in this position.

What's the Job?

• Perform general manual labor tasks including heavy lifting and moving materials
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and safely
• Operate industrial trucks or tractors to move materials around the facility
• Support the mixing department with various operational activities
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines at all times

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform heavy lifting of 45 pounds or more
• Forklift certification is required
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety
• Ability to work overtime as needed
