Temporary Part-Time Receptionist

Our client, a reputable organization in the office support sector, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team. You will be part of the administrative support team, contributing to smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Receptionist

Location: Escanaba, MI

Pay Range:

Shift: 11:00 AM - 4:00 or 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday 

What's the Job?

• Greeting visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Answering and forwarding phone calls professionally
• Assisting guests with electronic sign-in procedures
• Logging into and navigating a computer system
• Supporting general office operations to ensure efficiency

What's Needed?

• Temporary, part-time position until the end of 2026
• For holidays, office is closed  Nov 27–28, Dec 24–25, Dec 31–Jan 1, but this individual will be expected to work all other dates around the holidays.
• Friendly, approachable personality with strong customer service skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
• Comfortable using computers and providing basic tech guidance
• Ability to pass a background check
