Our client, PMI is seeking a Shipping Receiving Associate to join their team. As a Member of Shipping and Receiving, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting Production. The ideal candidate will have Communication skills, Safe work Practices and good time work management which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

Max of 5

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS).
• Ensure all shipping and receiving activities meet PMI’s safety, quality, and compliance standards.

 

What’s Needed?

 

• Forklift and Pallet Jack experience 2+ years preferred
• Proficiency with inventory systems or ERP/WMS software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
