Micro Assembler - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a Micro Assembler to join their team. As a Micro Assembler, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong mechanical comprehension, and the ability to learn quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Micro Assembler

Location: Watsonville, CA

Pay Range: $20

What's the Job?

• Perform a wide range of mechanical assembly procedures with precision and care.
• Read and interpret engineering print packages and blueprints accurately.
• Operate high-temperature hydrogen atmosphere furnaces for assembly tasks such as brazing and potting.
• Maintain detailed documentation of assembly records, logs, and reports.
• Adjust to process improvements and instruction updates to ensure quality and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic reading, writing, mathematics, and mechanical comprehension skills.
• Ability to interpret detailed instructions and documentation effectively.
• Familiarity with using tools such as cut-off wheels and ohm meters is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
