Assembly Tech - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Tech to join their team. As an Assembly Tech, you will be part of the Production Department supporting electromechanical assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Tech

Location: Youngstown, OH

Pay Range: $21

Shift: 7am-3pm

What's the Job?

• Assemble electromechanical components following detailed process instructions
• Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality control of assemblies
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and bills of material
• Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment to complete tasks
• Support ISO certification processes and maintain quality documentation

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to read schematics and work instructions
• Assembly experience, especially in electromechanical assembly, is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
