Our client, a leading organization in the food service industry, is seeking a Utility Worker - Senior to join their team. As a Utility Worker - Senior, you will be part of the university dining services supporting the Carroll College Dining Room/Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Utility Worker - Senior

Location: Helena, MT

Pay Range: DOE

Shift: Hours Per Shift: 8

What's the Job?

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food items as needed
• Provide guidance and support to lower-level team members
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Support the overall efficiency of kitchen operations

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules
• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
