Warehouse/Forklift - 2nd shift

Our client, a leading snack manufacturing company, is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift to join their team. As a Warehouse/Forklift, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production and distribution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse/Forklift

Location: Chambersburg, PA

Pay Range: $20.25

Shift: Monday-Friday 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move and stage pallets efficiently and safely.
• Manually load and unload boxes inside delivery vans where forklifts cannot access.
• Assist with production by packing chips and other snack items to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with food safety standards.
• Support inventory management, order fulfillment, and problem-solving activities on the fly.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sit-down forklift certification or willingness to earn it.
• Warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with temperature changes and loud settings.
