Production Associate - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting various production operations based on department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Clare, MI

Pay Range: $16.50 to $17.50 an hour depending on shift

Shift:
1st Shift - 8 am to 4 pm
2nd Shift - 4 pm to 12 am
3rd Shift - 10 pm to 6 am (Sunday to Thursday)
-overtime is scheduled prior to start time and can be heavy, including weekends

What's the Job?

• Open positions include: Assembly, Material Handling, Paintline and Robotic Welder
• Assemble products according to work orders and blueprints at individual workstations
• Fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other hardware
• Operate hand and power tools, drills, and rivet machines - experience required
• Verify fit, function, appearance, and quality standards of finished products
• 1 year of Forklift experience required for Material Handling position
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools preferred
