Temporary Supply Chain Coordinator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in customized plastic films for diverse industries, is seeking a Temporary Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the procurement and logistics operations, supporting the seamless flow of materials and information across various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Temporary Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Everett, WA

Pay Range: $23-27 hourly

Shift: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm
 

What's the Job?

• Process and track purchase orders, production orders, and internal supply requests
• Ensure accuracy of order data within ERP systems
• Support inbound and outbound material flow to ensure timely availability for production
• Coordinate shipments, receipts, and documentation with suppliers and logistics partners
• Serve as a communication link between procurement, planning, production, and warehouse teams

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of data entry experience, including MS Office suite
• Experience with ERP or similar systems preferred
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or administrative coordination is a plus
• Effective communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
