Assembler

Our client, an industry leader in tree care, recycling equipment and waste wood processing, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Winn, MI

Pay Range: starting at $15.93 an hour ($2 shift premium)
 

Shift: 3rd shift (training will be done on 1st shift)

What's the Job?

• Perform manual tasks such as sorting and organizing inventory parts
• Place parts on shelving in designated locations accurately
• Operate machinery as assigned to support production processes
• Assist with assembly tasks to ensure quality and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to read tape measure accurately
• Willingness to perform manual and repetitive tasks in a team environment
