Stanco - Maintenance

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Stanco - Maintenance to join their team. As a Stanco - Maintenance, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Stanco - Maintenance

Location: Santa Teresa, NM

Pay Range:

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm - 11:00pm with OT

What's the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance on metal stamping, laser, turret, and paint line equipment
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing machinery to minimize downtime
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance team

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
