Production Helper - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading food production industry, is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the packing and inspection processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Goldsboro, NC

Pay Range: $16.24 - $17.24

Shift: Day and Night shift available  Monday through Saturday

What's the Job?

• Stand by moving conveyor and assist with placing products into jars or lifting products from the conveyor for packaging
• Inspect products for foreign objects, broken pickles, and defective glass jars
• Monitor product discharge from pasteurizers for deviations from standards
• Remove defective or broken jars from the line and dispose of them safely
• Transport empty jars to the glass line and participate in team meetings and training sessions

What's Needed?

• No specific educational requirements; good eye/hand coordination is essential
• Ability to stand for sustained periods and perform repetitive motions
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally and perform manual inspections
• Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors
• Criminal background check required (7-year statewide clearance)
