Assembly Worker - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team in Memphis, TN. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the assembly department, supporting the production process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Memphis, TN- Hickory Hill Area 

Pay Range: 15.75

Shift: 6 am to 6 pm Mon - Saturday 

What's the Job?

• Perform assembly work according to specifications and safety standards
• Use hand tools and machinery to assemble components accurately and efficiently
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
