Production Worker

Our client, a leading manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the material handling and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: ZEBULON, NC

Pay Range: $16.00

Shift: 6pm to 6:30am (2/2/3 schedule) 

What's the Job?

• Load, change, and blend materials to ensure smooth production flow.
• Support material handling processes for raw materials, work-in-process materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Packing foam products as they come off the line to prepare for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet safety and quality standards.
• Assist team members in daily production tasks to meet operational goals.

What's Needed?

• Basic understanding of packing and material handling processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must pass a criminal background check (statewide - 7 years) and a 6-panel oral drug test.
