Electromechanical Assembler - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler to join their team. As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

Location: Elk River, MN

Pay Range: $23.16/hour

Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM; Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Assemble products according to customer specifications, blueprints, and verbal instructions.
• Create and follow assembly procedures, utilizing knowledge gained through experience.
• Ensure quality standards are met during the assembly process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience (1-2 years) in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• HS/GED Completion
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
