Winston Taylor's New York office has an opening for a mid-level antitrust associate with litigation and trial experience and 4-6 years of transactional antitrust experience, including substantive antitrust counseling in merger contexts, HSR analysis and filings, and management of second requests. Although our focus is in our New York office, we will be open to applicants in Washington, DC. All Candidates must be admitted in the state of New York or Washington. DC.
