Salary: $70,000.00-$90,000.00/yr DOE

- Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-up activities to generate customer meetings and sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain sales activity within CRM systems.
- Follow up on quotes, leads, and marketing campaign activities to drive conversion opportunities.
- Support trade shows, customer visits, and business development initiatives.
- Develop a strong understanding of Element's testing and inspection services.
- Build relationships with manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, and industrial customers.
- Collaborate with operations, technical teams, and sales leadership to support customer growth.
- Consistently meet activity, pipeline, and business development objectives.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account development, inside sales, lead generation, or customer-facing commercial roles.
- Demonstrated experience prospecting, developing leads, and building business relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently engage new customers and conduct outbound business development activities.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for customer visits and business travel.
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person for ITAR compliance purposes.
Preferred:
- Experience selling within industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, testing, inspection, certification, or technical service environments.
- Exposure to consultative or solution-based selling methodologies.
- Experience managing customer relationships and growing accounts.Familiarity with aerospace or NDT markets is a plus but not required.
