OR RN - 3x12s Days or Nights

Summary:
The OR Registered Nurse provides perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment. This includes scrubbing and circulating during procedures, supporting surgical teams, ensuring patient safety, and managing pre-op and intra-op care.

Responsibilities:
• Scrub and circulate in the operating room
• Perform pre-op assessments and patient education
• Administer IV therapy and pre-op medications
• Verify surgical site and participate in time-out, briefing, and debriefing
• Respond to surgical emergencies
• Collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient monitoring

Requirements:
• 1+ year recent OR RN experience (scrub/circulate required)
• Active RN license
• RN Diploma required
• BLS within 30 days
• Comfortable working in high-acuity surgical settings

Compensation:
• Night/Weekend Differential: +$4/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Case by case
• No regular call (dedicated call team)
