Job Description:
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a full-time night shift position in Kane, PA. This opportunity offers $26.00/hour, night shift differential, excellent benefits, and welcomes new graduates.

Key Highlights:

• Position: LPN / LVN – Long Term Care
• Location: Kane, PA
• Schedule: Full-Time | Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts, rotating weekends)
• Pay: $26.00/hour + $0.75/hour Night Shift Differential
• Requirements: Active Pennsylvania LPN License (or temporary permit), BLS Certification (AHA)
• Responsibilities: Medication administration, resident assessments, physician order documentation, care plan updates, supervising CNAs, and providing quality long-term care.
