OBGYN Physician Opportunities in Ohio with $120K Signing Bonus

OB/GYN Physician, Multiple Practice Options, Marion, Mansfield and Athens, Ohio

Choose from 3 Ohio practice settings offering full spectrum OB/GYN or GYN only care, with opportunities for robotic surgery, teaching, mentorship, and reduced call depending on location.

Position Highlights:

• Practice Options: Full spectrum OB/GYN and GYN only opportunities available
• Practice Support: Established clinical teams, Epic EMR, and organizational support
• Opportunities: Robotic surgery, subspecialty collaboration, mentorship, and teaching opportunities available based on practice
• Schedule Options: Full time and select part time opportunities available

Schedule & Call:

• Athens: Approximately 1:5 call with in house laborist coverage
• Mansfield: Secondary call only at 1:4 with in house OB Hospitalist coverage and no primary OB call
• Marion: 1 weekday call per week and every 4th weekend, transitioning to a reduced call OB Hospitalist model in 2027

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: Base salary of 300,000 to 350,000+ or 54.00 per wRVU, whichever is greater
• Regional Premium: 100,000 annual regional premium
• Sign On or Loan Repayment: Up to 120,000 sign on bonus or up to 80,000 in student loan repayment
• Relocation: Up to 8,000 relocation assistance
• Quality Bonus: Up to 25,000 annual quality bonus
• Residency Stipend: Up to 100,000 for qualifying residents
• Time Off & CME: 26 PTO days, 5 CME days, and a 5,000 CME allowance

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Interest in full spectrum OB/GYN or GYN only practice depending on preferred location
• Physicians interested in robotic surgery, subspecialty collaboration, teaching, or mentorship welcome
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
• H 1B sponsorship and J 1 waiver eligibility at select locations
