Express Employment Professionals is hiring a 3rd Shift Line Technician for a high-volume food production facility. This technician will be responsible for keeping production and packaging lines operating through equipment startups, changeovers, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repairs.

Candidates should bring a strong industrial electrical background, a strong mechanical background, or a meaningful combination of both. You must be able to diagnose equipment problems and make sound repair decisions in an active production environment.

What You Will Do

• Troubleshoot production and packaging line equipment
• Perform mechanical or electrical repairs based on your area of expertise
• Complete equipment startups, shutdowns, and product changeovers
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• Diagnose motors, sensors, switches, drives, conveyors, and mechanical components
• Make equipment adjustments to improve reliability and product flow
• Respond quickly to production breakdowns
• Identify recurring equipment problems and communicate repair needs
• Document maintenance activity and completed repairs
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and equipment safety procedures

What We Are Looking For

• Proven industrial maintenance or line technician experience
• Strong mechanical or industrial electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to diagnose equipment failures without relying solely on trial and error
• Experience with production, packaging, conveying, or processing equipment
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred
• Strong communication and dependable follow-through
• Availability for 3rd shift
