RN Medical-Surgical | Full-Time | Up to $20K Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary

We are hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for a full-time Medical-Surgical opportunity in Salem, VA.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time permanent position
• Mixed shifts and Night shifts available
• Rotating weekends
• Multiple units available including:
• • Medical-Surgical
  • Oncology
  • Ortho Trauma
• Cross-training opportunities available

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $31.70 – $47.54/hr (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $1,500
• Comprehensive benefits package

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Acute care experience preferred but not required
• New graduates and candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Educate patients and families on care plans and medications
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care
