Opening LVN LTC

Job Details & Responsibilities

Title: LPN/LVN – Long Term Care (Senior Living)

Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)

Facility: Ashland Health Center

Location: Ashland, KS

Shift: Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 6 shifts on, 8 shifts off

Requirements:
• Active KS LPN License or Multistate License
• IV Certification Required
• BLS (AHA) Required
• Minimum 2 Years of LTC Experience

Note:
• Work 72 hours during the 6-night stretch (6 x 12-hour shifts).
• The following 8 days off are unpaid.
• Schedule and pay cycle continue throughout the 13-week assignment.
