Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Type: Direct Hire | Full -Time | Permanent
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

Compensation: $33.15 – $51.39 per hour (Based on experience) + Benefits

Incentives:

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Relocation Assistance available for eligible candidates living outside a 71-mile radius
  (2-year commitment required)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses (L&D RNs) to join a supportive women’s health team at a growing facility in Tulsa, OK.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for laboring patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery
• Provide patient education and emotional support to families
• Document patient care accurately using proper medical terminology
• Collaborate with OB physicians, anesthesiologists, and NICU staff
• Support postpartum recovery and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with hospital standards and nursing protocols

Qualifications

Required

• Active Oklahoma RN License OR Compact RN License
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience in high-acuity Labor & Delivery settings
• Experience with fetal monitoring and emergency OB situations
