OR Tech II | $15K Sign-On Bonus | Level I Trauma Center

Summary

OR Tech II (Surgical Technologist) role supporting a busy Level I Trauma Center in a high-volume operating room. You will assist surgeons during procedures, maintain sterile fields, prepare surgical suites, and handle instruments across multiple specialties. Ideal for experienced OR techs comfortable in fast-paced, multi-specialty surgical environments.

Requirements

• 1+ year OR Tech (Surgical Technologist) experience required
• Graduate of accredited Surgical Technology program (CORT)
• CST (NBSTSA) preferred
• BLS certification required at hire
• Must be competent in first scrub for at least 3 of:
• • Robotics
  • Total Joints
  • Neuro/Spine
  • Vascular surgery
• Strong teamwork, organization, and sterile technique skills
• Must live within 30 minutes of facility (on-call requirement)

Pay

• $25 – $35/hour (based on experience)
• Night Differential: +$3/hour
• Weekend Differential: +$3/hour
• On-call pay: $3/hour
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Shift

• Full-Time (3 x 12-hour shifts)
• Rotating weekends
• Options:
