Labor & Delivery RN - Competitive Pay + Full Benefits

Position: Labor & Delivery RN

Location: Great Bend, KS 67530
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)

Schedule:

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• On-Call: As needed (max 1 shift/week)
• Holiday: Rotating
• Travel: None

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $30 – $36.50/hr (Depending on the years of experience)
• Shift Differentials
• • Evening (3PM–11PM): +$2.30/hr
  • Night (11PM–7AM): +$3.75/hr
  • Weekend (Fri 7PM – Mon 7AM): +$3.00/hr

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• New grads welcome

Licensure & Certifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Labor & Delivery RN
• Kansas RN License
• BLS (within first 2 weeks)
• ACLS
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – within 6 months
• PALS – within 6 months
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) – within 1 year
