Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday - Friday

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the general upkeep, repairs, and daily functionality of commercial or residential facilities. If you are a handy problem-solver with experience across multiple trades, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.
• Carpentry: Assist with dry-wall repairs, basic framing, door/window installations, hardware repairs, and interior touch-ups.
• Plumbing: Handle basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing faucets, toilets, or fixtures.
• Electrical: Perform routine electrical tasks such as replacing light switches, outlets, ballast replacements, and basic fixture repairs.
• HVAC: Monitor HVAC systems, replace filters, perform basic preventive maintenance, and assist with general climate-control troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure all tools/equipment are properly serviced.
• Respond promptly to routine maintenance requests and emergency facility issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in general building maintenance, facility operations, or skilled trades.
• Hands-on knowledge across carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical, and HVAC maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Reliable work ethic and strong communication skills.
