Psychiatric Registered Nurse | Permanent Full-Time | Immediate Hire

Job Summary

As a Behavioral Health RN, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care to individuals with complex psychiatric and behavioral health needs. You will assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, therapeutic, and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan (Required)
• BSN preferred (not required)
• Psychiatric, behavioral health, ER, or acute care experience preferred
• New graduates considered (behavioral health or ER exposure preferred)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and crisis management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient psychiatric environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $28.90 – $41.00 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 – $12,000 (case dependent)
• Shift differentials available for evenings, nights, and weekends

Schedule & Shifts

• Full-time positions available
• Day, evening, and night shifts
