RN - Inpatient Acute Care | Day Shift | Up to $46/hr + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments
• Develop and coordinate care plans with providers
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver safe, patient-centered care

Schedule & Work Requirements

• Shift: 12-hour days (07:00 – 19:00)

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience (new grads may be considered case-by-case)
• Education: ADN or Nursing Diploma (minimum)
• License: Active Kansas RN license
• Certifications:
• • BLS required
  • ACLS/PALS may substitute depending on unit

Compensation & Bonus

• Pay Range: $31 – $46/hr
  (based on experience & internal leveling)
• Sign-On Bonus Options:
• • $5,000 (1-year commitment)
  • $10,000 (2-year commitment)
