Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - $60,000 Sign On

Physician Assistant (PA) / Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Urgent Care

Pay: $50 – $90/hour (based on experience) + Full-Time Benefits
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 paid within the first 6 months; total bonus paid over 3 years and contingent upon performance, employment duration, and contract terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute conditions
• Manage adult and pediatric patient populations
• Deliver efficient, high-quality care in a high-volume clinical setting

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in emergency medicine or high-volume urgent care
• Active New York State licensure as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner
• PA: Active NCCPA board certification required
• FNP: Active AANP or ANCC board certification required

Preferred Qualifications

• 18+ months emergency medicine experience or
• 2+ years in a high-volume urgent care setting with adult and pediatric patient management experience
