Location: Great Falls, MT
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
Compensation: $60,000 – $92,000 annually
Call/Holidays: No call, no holidays

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for an Outpatient Float position supporting multiple clinic departments. This role is ideal for a flexible and team-oriented nurse who thrives in a dynamic outpatient environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across outpatient clinic settings
• Support providers with care coordination and clinical workflows
• Float between various outpatient departments based on operational needs
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and care teams
• Delegate appropriate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and support staff

Qualifications

• Active Montana RN license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred
