Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview:-

We are seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a Critical Care Float Pool team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is ideal for nurses with recent ICU and/or Emergency Room experience who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Position Details:-

• Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
• Employment Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours: 36 hours per week

Compensation & Incentives:-

• Starting Pay: $33.15/hour (higher rates based on experience)
• Night Shift Differential:
  
• • $4.00/hour starting at 7:00 PM
  • Additional $0.25/hour starting at 11:00 PM
• Critical Care Differential: $6.00/hour
• Relocation Assistance: $10,000 (2-year commitment required)

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards, policies, and procedures. The RN will monitor patient conditions, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient status, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Utilize proper clinical judgment and nursing interventions.
• Facilitate patient discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.
• Provide culturally competent care while addressing psychosocial and age-specific patient needs.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact Multi-State RN License.
• Minimum 1 year of Critical Care Nursing experience.
• Current or recent ICU and/or Emergency Room experience.
