Job Description

·                     Oversee and manage the NDT department, including CMM, Inspection, and blue light scanning processes

·                     Lead a team of 5 Supervisors and 50+ hourly employees, including NDT X-Ray Level 1 & 2 technicians and Quality technicians

·                     Drive production output and optimize manufacturing processes to meet operational targets

·                     Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to ensure consistent throughput and efficiency

·                     Achieve and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and production targets for quality, safety, and financial objectives

·                     Mentor, coach, and develop supervisors to build a high-performing leadership team

Key Requirements

·                     BS degree in Engineering required

·                     Strong operations background with demonstrated expertise in lean methodologies, metrics, and analytics

·                     Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing leaders and cross-functional teams
