Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking an Accountant to support financial operations through account reconciliations, month-end close activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities- Perform cash and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare month-end journal entries and supporting documentation.
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist with audits by preparing schedules and responding to requests.
- Prepare regulatory and financial reporting as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support finance and operational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Professional accounting experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting audits and budgeting processes is preferred.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
