The ideal candidate will have experience helping our local Branch Offices grow Hispanic/Latino recruiting and sales within the community.

Requirements:

• Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
• At Least Five Years Field Management Experience
• Proven Track Record In Recruiting
• Experience Working With Career Agents
• Strong Leadership Skills
• B2B Worksite Experience a Plus
