RN Director (Medsurg, Rehab & Surgical)

Hiring RN Director (Medical, Rehab & Surgical Units) – Stillwater , Oklahoma

Shift: 8-hour days | Duration: 13 weeks
Salary: $103,040 – $154,560 (sign-on bonus discussed in interview)

Requirements:
• Active RN license in Oklahoma
• BSN required (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years inpatient nursing supervision experience
• 2+ years director experience across multiple departments
• CPR certification (or within 30 days)
• Meditech experience required; Epic preferred

• Staffing ratio: 1:5
• Weekends as needed | Rotational holidays
