Position Overview:

The Recruiter will lead the recruiting efforts for our agency, helping build a pipeline of qualified candidates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

Screen candidates for open positions

Build and maintain candidate pipeline.

Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring processes with leadership

Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to leadership

Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly: $15.00 with increases at 30 and 90 days
