Part Time Housekeeper. Light Cleaning In One Floor And Simple Meal Prep - Part-time

My husband (age 80) I (age 76) have been very active until I fell last week and broke both ankles. Now I am in a wheel chair for the next 4-6 weeks! We just need help 3-4 hours/day , 2 days /week. Light cleaning on one floor and meal prep- very simple- and I will have all the ingredients on hand. We prefer 2 afternoons/week but can be flexible.
