Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive in-home nursing care to patients in Montgomery, Prince Georges, Charles, and St Marys Counties. \n
- Complete OASIS E assessments and utilize HCHB and Pointcare EMR systems efficiently. \n
- Travel between patient locations, reimbursed at $0.58 per mile, with reliable personal transportation. \n
- Cover assigned zip codes based on staffing needs, with potential to float to nearby areas. \n
- Adhere to visit minimum points system, typically 3 to 6 visits per day, ensuring quality patient care. \n
- Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes. \n
- Perform visits during daytime hours, Monday through Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM. \n
