Requirements

- Active Vermont RN License (required at time of submission) \n
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health RN experience \n
- OASIS experience required \n
- Previous Home Health travel experience preferred \n
- Case Management experience preferred \n
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred \n
- Current BLS Certification \n
- COVID-19 Vaccination Required (No Exemptions) \n
