Requirements
\nDay Shift/CNOR Required/M-F 0630-1500 with after hours. Call: Nights, weekends and holidays/1-2 years of experience as an RNFA/CNOR Required---CVOR Optional

Education and Work Experience:

- Completion of an RNFA program that meets AORN standards: Required \n
- Two years' perioperative nursing experience: Preferred \n
Licenses/Certifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required \n
- Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) certification in the state of practice: Preferred \n
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification?or?Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required \n
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification: Required \n
- Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Status (PEARS)/Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Preferred \n
- Association of perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN) membership: Preferred \n
Facility Specific License/Certifications:
