Schedule:

- Nights and weekends required \n
- On-call may be required based on patient and organizational needs \n
Contract Length:

Guaranteed Hours:

- 36 Hours/Week \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) \n
- Current Montana RN License \n
- Traveler must live at least 90 miles from the facility \n
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call as needed \n
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience \n
Required Experience:
\n- \n
- Acute care nursing experience \n
- Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or other acute care experience preferred \n
Required Certifications:
\n- \n
- BLS (AHA) \n
- ACLS (AHA) \n
- PALS (AHA) or ENPC \n
- TNCC \n
- Montana RN License \n
Preferred Certifications:
\n- \n
- NIHSS \n
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) \n
- BSN \n
Key Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care \n
- Provide patient and family education \n
- Ensure patient safety and quality care \n
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team \n
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record \n
- Promote evidence-based nursing practice and professional development \n
- Respond effectively in emergency and acute care situations \n
