East Georgia RMC Travel Labor & Delivery RN
Start: ASAP with in 3-4 weeks of offer 
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 6:45a - 7:15p, EOW, floating & call required

\n

Call requirements: 2 12hr call shifts per every 6 weeks (one must be a weekend shift)

\n

Floating required between depts in the Women's Pavilion 

\n

 

\n

2+ years experience required
2+ previously completed travel assignments in L&D required

\n

BLS, ACLS, NRP required
CPN & Cerner experience preferred
\n  

\n

\n
• Block scheduling may be accommodated if weekend requirements are met, must be included in body of submission.
\n
• Monitor and assist laboring patients, communicate with providers, circulate in OR for c/s, competently triage 20 weeks and up
\n
• Scope of role: Labor, circulate for vaginal delivery (circulating for cesarean is preferred), attending deliveries to support newborn resuscitation, recover vaginal and cesarean deliveries, provide care to antepartum requiring care in L&D
\n
• Max RTO: none as long as weekend requirements are met
\n
• Scrub color = Navy blue
\n
• EMR used = CPN (GE) and Cerner
\n
• Patient Ratio: 1:1 or 1:2 per AWHONN Staffing Standards
\n
• Number of beds in unit: 13 - 8 LDRs, 5 Triage Beds
\n
