Home Health Aide Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for my father in his 70s who has Parkinson. We are looking for help on on 2/3 of weekdays (flexible). Late morning/afternoon for a couple of hours. He currently uses a walker and require some assistance with mobility. A couple of things that he need help with : Medication management (reminding him to take medicine if/when required Some help needed with wiping him down with washcloth (not full bath) Helping him with his speech and mobility exercises Going for short walk around neighborhood Keeping out his food if around mealtime Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
