What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the client's established care plan.
• Following applicable clinical instructions and care protocols.
• Documenting care provided, observations, and client outcomes accurately.
• Monitoring the client's condition and communicating relevant observations to the supervising RN.
• Following applicable quality, safety, and documentation standards.
• Working under the clinical direction and oversight of a Registered Nurse.
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, active Mississippi LPN license
• At least one year of nursing experience is required. Experience in home care or a personal care setting is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow a care plan, maintain accurate documentation, and provide safe, quality client care.
